Do we run a risk of DVT if we sit in a car for long periods of time? - how long after flying will dvt show
Or is it because of the pressure cabin during the flight?

It's a whole from a combination of prolonged immobility and dehydration. There are studies that long car and bus strike also increased the risk of venous thrombosis was. In reality, at least potentially, it is probably easier to walk on a plane as any of them. Can, in theory, if not already in the mini-aspirin reduced the risk, ut it does not double risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and do not think anyone really knows at this point, the mathematics of risks and benefits.
